Recensione: Stillness Blade - Break of the Second Seal - The Eternal Damnation

Genre: Death

Output: 2010 / Punishment 18 Records

type: Full-length

Our country continues to churn out good bands in extreme range. In this branch there are definitely groups of the Salento Stillness Blade that with this "Break of the Second Seal" to come right in my own year-end chart. Our slaughtering us with a few neurons remained technically brutal death but that is never going to lose in useless tricks and solos (of band so I can list a priori). So are several steps anallizare, we started the technique: gently incorporate the lessons offered by Origin, Suffocation and Cephalic Carnage's "Lucid Interval" (the genre is a brutal end in itself, there is no innovation, or you're good at it or anything) and reported in proportion to disk without creating unnecessary mixtures. Second, the battery ... How important is the technical contribution of the drummer in a genre like that? ASK Donadeo Antonio, the session drummer for this record, who has played with strangers called Undertakers and Vital Remains. Steps are complicated, yet perfect, that fit better with other instruments. Last point, production is not perfect but it must be said crude to the correct place, manages to keep the same patterns on full, rough, old school without falling into unnecessary and violent modernity. A band to watch and listen to absolutely full for lovers of violence.
